Fees and charges
The cost of each course is in the booking form attached to the Training page. The learning objectives and course content are also covered in the Training page. No additional charges will be incurred by our clients. Fees will be refunded if a workshop does not proceed and if there is no other course of interest to the client. Our Cancellation Policy is clearly stated under the Terms and Conditions section below, and when necessary fees are refunded within seven days.
Client service standards
As a client of CTDS, you can expect high quality training and development workshops and ancillary services. The high standards we have set for our products and facilitators are monitored on an ongoing basis and any recommendations for improvement are taken
on board.
When you register for one of our training workshops we will:
- Acknowledge your registration within 48 hours by way of a Tax Invoice.
- Contact you at least one week before the workshop to confirm it will proceed.
- Email you details of the venue, times and if you are required to bring anything.
As a participant in one of CTDS’s workshops, you can expect that:
- The workshop content matches what was advertised.
- Your training objectives will be met.
- Your evaluation will be sought and collated to ensure our workshops continue to meet your needs.
When you attend our training programs we will:
- Deliver the workshops in well-equipped venues with natural light and good ventilation.
- Ensure your requests for assistance or information are attended to efficiently and courteously.
- Attempt to accommodate any special needs you have alerted us to.
Workshop delivery procedures
CTDS strives to build a caring environment that encourages participants to enjoy successful learning experiences. Our courses are based on the principles of adult education with an emphasis on motivating attendees to transfer the learning back into their workplace. All courses are structured to encourage participants to interact and contribute to ensure skills development, and training methods include a combination of:
- Face-to-face presentations.
- Whole group discussion.
- Pair and small group work.
- Practice!
Quality guarantee
This workshop is Quality Guaranteed. If it does not meet our stated objectives, we will offer you an alternative training course or refund your money.
Terms and conditions
- Registration and invoicing – registration is to take place at least seven days prior to the workshop. Invoices will be issued within 48 hours of registration, and payment must be made prior to attendance at the workshop. Payment will be accepted by EFT, cheque or credit card.
- Cancellation and transfers – no refunds will be given for a cancellation less than 14 days prior to the workshop. The registration can be transferred to another workshop or a substitute participant can attend. CTDS reserves the right to postpone, cancel or reschedule any course due to unforeseen circumstances.
- GST – all prices quoted are exclusive of GST.
