Denise Jepsen, B Psych (Hons), M Org Psych

Denise is an inspirational trainer, coach and management consultant. She entered the training industry in 1988 after a wide range of successful business experiences including practicing as a licensed stockbroker and establishing a private employment agency. She has designed, written, conducted and evaluated training and coaching programs for all levels of personnel and her areas of specialty are business management, communication skills and career management. A registered psychologist, Denise is passionate about the integrity of all her interactions as a trainer and consultant.

Dennis Granger, BA (Soc Sc), Grad Dip App Psych, MAPS

Dennis, a registered psychologist, is a coach and facilitator with broad experience in HR development, coaching, training and group facilitation. He has conducted a variety of management development programs throughout Australia and South East Asia and genuinely cares that the people he works with achieve their stated objectives. Dennis has also had extensive corporate experience, having worked for ten years in line management roles with General Electric, so is empathic with the issues facing today’s busy manager.

Pamela Fleming

Pamela is an experienced executive coach, facilitator and trainer with highly developed interpersonal skills. She has been involved in productivity coaching and motivational training for the last ten years and demonstrates unique qualities to establish honest communication quickly, engaging the client in sessions relating to real life challenges. Pamela is committed to driving the learning agenda and maintaining continuous growth, both in coaching sessions and in completing learning assignments. She has 20 years corporate experience, is a Certified NLP Practitioner and has Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training.

Anne McManus, B Ad Ed

Anne, an educational-behavioral sciences alumnus, is a facilitator and human resources management consultant. She has had extensive individual and organisational experience in change management, strategic planning, program development, goal setting, workplace counselling, training needs analysis, skills development, communications, conflict resolution, team building and individual coaching. Anne is committed to helping people on their learning journey and motivates them to be successful in achieving their career goals.

Narelle Milligan , BA

Narelle has had extensive experience in career development and outplacement across Australia and internationally over a twelve year period. Her background includes management roles in the public sector, voluntary sector and small business. As Manager of the Career Transition Centre for an international human resources consultancy in Sydney , Narelle’s caring attitude culminated in a vast improvement to the quality of its outplacement services, and as a result she helped candidates from all levels via face-to-face and online solutions. Narelle’s extensive exposure to all facets of career development guarantees a successful transition for all clients she works with.

Peter Owen, B Psych, MAPS

Peter is an accomplished coach, motivational facilitator, change agent and occupational psychologist. Prior to undertaking additional tertiary studies, he held a number of line and senior management positions and successfully transitioned across a broad range of industry sectors including research and development, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, entertainment and commercial finance. Peter is passionate about imparting knowledge and enjoys “seeing the light bulb come on” in all his interactions with people.

Diane Cramer, BA (Psych), Grad Dip Training and Development

Diane has a very strong background in coaching, group facilitation, career development, performance enhancement and career transition. She has worked with people at all levels across a broad range of industries in both public and private sector organisations. Diane has designed and delivered leadership and change management programs for corporate managers and team leaders. She has successfully facilitated learning in group workshops and coached individuals and teams towards common goals, by identifying competencies for improvement and enlisting strong commitment from all participants.

Phil Day

Phil Day is an international presenter who specialises in communication and people development skills. He has worked for Telstra as their National Sales Trainer and was responsible for providing high level communication and sales skills training to motivate management, sales staff, engineers, administrators and technicians. Phil is accredited to deliver the licensed “Think on Your Feet®” program and his workshops in Australia and Asia continue to be met with critical acclaim. His testimonials describe him as “a great communicator" and as "someone who can communicate across all levels". Phil is passionate about learning and thoroughly enjoys imparting his knowledge and expertise to those he works with.
