Managing Change
Does the expression “time for a change” send cold shivers down your spine? Do you feel it often seems like change, just for change’s sake? If so, then this workshop is for you!
This interactive one-day workshop will teach you to understand the nature of change.
You will learn how to carefully guide your staff through the emotional and intellectual processes inherent in any organisational change. You will learn to understand the responses and reactions of your staff and develop strategies for managing and leading change.
You will also learn to deal with staff resistance, overcome ambivalence and motivate acceptance.
There is no doubt, in order to endure in today's fast-paced organisations, leaders must be ready to embrace and manage change. As the old saying goes, change is the only constant – it is so integrated into today’s corporate world that there can be no question of its validity. Why then, do so many companies struggle with change? The answer is in how well they introduce the reasons for change to their employees. Then, and only then, can the actual change process be successfully implemented.
