Managing Conflict in the Workplace

Would you rather walk out of a room that be involved in conflict? Do you walk on eggshells around a volatile situation? If so, this workshop is for you!

This interactive one-day workshop looks at how conflict develops in the workplace, the signs of conflict, how it escalates and the symptoms.

The program also explores the way you and other people typically handle conflict – avoidance, aggression, accommodating, collaboration or compromise - and provides strategies for analysing this from all those points of view. We look at the nature of conflict, the cycle of conflict, and the dynamics of disagreements.

Being able to manage and diffuse conflict situations is a great asset in any workplace and you will learn those extremely valuable skills in this program. You will walk away with the motivation to carefully and sensitively handle any conflict situation you may encounter.
