Time Management
Do you feel as though you are drowning in a sea of work? Can’t seem to get your head above the water? Yes? Then this workshop is for you!
We all have exactly the same amount of time at our disposal. Some of us just use it more effectively than others! In this interactive workshop, you will learn how to structure your tasks into the day, set priorities and use assertive communication skills and non-verbal cues to signal to others that you are busy and can’t stop to chat!
The reality is that in today’s fast moving and demanding business environment, most people are gradually given more responsibility whilst being allocated less time to achieve it. Effective time management is critical to the success of the individual and the business organisation. This program will motivate you to learn greater control so that you can manage your time more productively and effectively.
